Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is composed of a base rate per night for the first four persons and an additional fee per night for each extra person. The base rate is EUR 175,= , the additional fee is EUR 20,=. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

 The final cleaning fee consists of EUR 200,= for the first four persons and EUR 12,50 for each additional person.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Salto

Villa Salsa is a beautiful holiday villa in a unique location. You can enjoy your own private swimming pool and every evening a beautiful sunset and the lights of the island. The villa is on one level and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A lovely seating area has been created at the entrance of the villa. There is a path to the ground floor apartment and the rear seat.

There is IPTV in the home with Dutch, German, Belgian and English channels. The living room is nicely furnished. You can walk straight onto the porch from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. A nice large American double door fridge. But if you don't feel like cooking, there are several restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

The downstairs apartment is spacious with its own bathroom and kitchen. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. And with swinging doors you can walk straight from the bedroom to the swimming pool.

The outdoor seating area at the entrance is placed at the gas BBQ so that you can enjoy a BBQ evening. There is also a climbing frame for the little ones.

The pool pool deck has removable fencing. You can place the screens for the safety of your children. You don't want to leave this pool of course, but the beach is 5 minutes away by car. The removable fencing has been placed here. Nice to read a book on this canopy bed.

The porch set between the living room and the swimming pool gives you the space to chill out with a good book or a nice magazine. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, ideal for getting a quick message.

There is a rental car at the house.
