Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is EUR 199,= (low season) / EUR 350,= (Christmas season) per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

 The final cleaning fee is EUR 150,=.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Beautiful Bay

The large covered veranda of this villa is a wonderful place to eat, drink or just relax. There is a comfortable lounge bed where you can certainly have a nice siesta!

The villa has 3 bedrooms. In each bedroom there are new box spring beds and of course there is air conditioning for wonderfully cool nights. From the master bedroom you can walk straight into the large walk-in closet.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom. This bathroom is very luxuriously furnished with even a large bathtub! The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which is also equipped with every luxury.

The kitchen is fully equipped ceramic hob, large American fridge, dishwasher, oven, in short everything is there!

On Curaçao you naturally eat outside, enjoying the wonderful weather and the beautiful view! Fortunately, this villa has a large 6-person table with comfortable chairs where you can dine.

The villa has a large living room with television (IPTV available), DVD and music system. There is also an internet connection. The villa only has 220V sockets so that you can use your electronic devices here just as if you were at home! Adapters are available.

Beautiful Bay is a real tropical home, with hardwood floors and shutters so that the wind can blow through the villa and thus provide cooling. The porch leading to the swimming pool can be closed by means of a rolling fence, making it inaccessible for small children. A safe feeling!

For those who want to wash and iron themselves, there is a utility room with washing machine, drying rack and ironing board.

There is lighting on the night sensor in the garden and there is parking space for 2 cars. In addition, there is an electric gate with remote control. And the entire villa is equipped with an alarm system.

The location of the villa is ideal. Beaches such as Caracas Bay, Baya Beach and Jan Thiel Beach are very close. But also the supermarket, gas station and cozy restaurants are nearby.
You can reach Punda in around 15 minutes and Saliña within 10 minutes.
