Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is EUR 150,= (low season) / EUR 175,= (high season) / EUR 250,= (Christmas season) per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

05-07-2025 through 31-08-2025: high season
20-12-2025 through 31-12-2025: Christmas season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 100,=.   The final cleaning fee consists of EUR 150,= for the first two persons and EUR 10,= for each additional person.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Ocean View

As the name suggests, a holiday home with a sea view! And not only that: this holiday home is located directly on the water on the small-scale Curacao Ocean Resort. The property overlooks the Sea Aquarium and open water! You can go directly into the sea from your porch via a staircase for a refreshing swim. If desired, you can also use the large swimming pool at the resort or the private beach (exclusively for residents and guests of the resort).

Villa Ocean View is a beautiful home in a prime location and is suitable for a small group (1.5 bedrooms). Upon entering you enter the cozy living room. A comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs where you can relax. Here you will also find a flat screen TV with IPTV. There is also an ADSL internet connection available so that you can maintain contact with the home front.

The kitchen is provided with all conveniences. Oven, microwave and dishwasher are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find both 220 Volts and 110 Volts.

Through a small corridor you enter the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The smallest bedroom has a single bed and also has air conditioning. There is a spacious luxury bathroom.

On the side of the house there are many tropical plants that ensure privacy in and around the house. At the rear, where the property borders the water, there is a large porch with comfortable sun beds and loungers. Via a staircase you can go straight into the water for a refreshing dive!

Villa Ocean View is located on the Curacao Ocean Resort. This is a small-scale resort with good security. Curacao Ocean Resort is really located at 1 of the few top locations of the island right on the water, within walking distance of Sea Aquarium, Lion's Dive Hotel, Mambo Beach, Cabana Beach etcetera. Various restaurants can be found within walking distance.

In short, Villa Ocean View is a fantastic place for a fantastic holiday!
