Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is EUR 250,= (low season) / EUR 275,= (mid season) / EUR 305,= (high season) / EUR 525,= (Christmas season) per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

26-04-2025 through 04-05-2025: high season
05-07-2025 through 31-08-2025: high season
11-10-2025 through 26-10-2025: high season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 75,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 300,=.

Security deposit

The security deposit is EUR 500,=. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Grey Noble

This beautiful modern villa is within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and shops on the outskirts of Jan Thiel, called Villa Grey Noble.

Villa Grey Noble is a later furnished villa with large spacious rooms. Upon entering you go up the stairs to the living area. When you walk into the living room there is a large 8-person dining table. If you go left then there is a nice seating area with 3 sofas and television with many channels. If you walk towards the porch you see what makes this villa so attractive, the swimming pool. The pool has a wide view to the sea. How wonderful it is to take a dip in the evening and enjoy the good life.

There are several loungers around the pool and there is also a seat under the palapa for the hottest part of the day. You can also turn off the roller blind at the swimming pool for extra shade.

The master bedroom is accessible by walking past the bathroom. This bathroom is spacious and has a double sink and a walk-in shower. In the bedroom there is more than enough cupboard space for all your clothes. Of course all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen, which is also located on the first floor, is equipped with all conveniences and handy equipment where you can prepare the most delicious meals. Or go to one of the various restaurants that are within walking distance. A supermarket is just around the corner, as well as a gym and of course, the sea and the beach.

On the ground floor are the three remaining bedrooms and a bathroom and also the laundry room, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
