Rental fee

The rental fee is composed of a base rate per night for the first four persons and an additional fee per night for each extra person. The base rate is EUR 530,= (low season) / EUR 600,= (high season). The additional fee for all seasons is EUR 10,=. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Flamboyan

Villa Flamboyan is a beautiful double villa located on the Caribbean Sea. The villa also has two studios with private bathrooms. In total the villa consists of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are also 2 separate toilets.

A 5 minutes walk from the villa is a supermarket. Mambo Beach where you can swim and sunbathe is a 5-minute drive away. Willemstad is also a 10-minute drive from the villa.

There are sufficient parking spaces on the terrain of the villa. Both houses have a balcony. Enjoy a fresh breeze while enjoying the sunset. A refreshing dip in the pool with the sound of the sea in the background. Nice sun beds to read a magazine or a book. Or just sunbathe and do nothing. The kitchen has a beautiful cooking island and is equipped with all conveniences to cook a nice meal or prepare a cozy BBQ. A luxury American double-door fridge makes it all complete.

The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area with a sofa and 2 armchairs where you can relax and watch the sea. Here you will also find a flat screen TV with TDS.

The master bedroom is nice and spacious and equipped with box spring beds. The 2nd and 3rd room are slightly smaller but also have box-spring beds. Upstairs there is a bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and toilet. The bathroom of the master bedroom is spacious with two sinks and cupboard space for towels and other toiletries.

Each home has a large dining table on a covered porch to enjoy the meal in the evening and listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy the sunset.
