Rental fee

The rental fee is EUR 225,= (low season) / EUR 250,= (high season) / EUR 300,= (Christmas season) per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

05-07-2024 through 02-09-2024: high season
18-10-2024 through 03-11-2024: high season
20-12-2024 through 31-12-2024: Christmas season
01-01-2025 through 05-01-2025: Christmas season
26-04-2025 through 04-05-2025: high season
30-06-2025 through 31-08-2025: high season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 50,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 150,=.

Security deposit

The security deposit is EUR 500,=. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Passaat

​Villa Passaat offers you a wonderful holiday experience at an affordable price. Enjoy your own villa that is fully equipped in a unique location with a private swimming pool and a fantastic view over the most beautiful bay of Curaçao.

It is not without reason that the name of the house is named after the Trade Winds and is therefore wonderfully exposed to the wind, which gives a very pleasant temperature.

You can stay in Villa Passaat with a maximum of 8 people, and the house is also very suitable for families. Villa Passaat also offers good accommodation for the smallest guests. There is a cot, high chair, a safety fence around the pool and a number of fun children's toys. As a parent you can enjoy everything that Curaçao has to offer.

The villa has an area of 200 m2 and everything is located on the ground floor. The living room with open kitchen has an area of 80 m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an adjacent spacious terrace with private swimming pool (L-shaped). The attractive living room with comfortable seating area has a large dining room table for 8 people.

The living room transitions into the porch and terrace with the swimming pool. If you wish to use a free internet connection, this is possible. The house has both 110 V and 220 V power.

The luxurious kitchen has a granite worktop with built-in appliances that you would expect in a villa (combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, American refrigerator incl. ice water and ice machine.)

The 4 spacious bedrooms are equipped with new luxury box spring combinations (2 x 1 person) and spacious wardrobes. As you would expect in a tropical climate, the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has two luxurious bathrooms, one bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks and the other bathroom has a toilet, spacious shower and sink. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, so you can also do your laundry during your stay.

Villa Passaat is located on 860 m2 of land and the garden is separated by fencing and walls and a closing entrance gate. In the garden there is an extra terrace with a Palapa, a parasol made of palm leaves. Here you can enjoy the Caribbean sun and cool off in the pool. The swimming pool has a surface area of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.60 meters. Of course, the swimming pool will be well maintained before and during your stay. You can also use a barbecue.

The Brakkeput Abao residential area is a new neighborhood on the east side of the center of Willemstad. It consists of large plots with luxury villas and is very quietly located. There is only local traffic. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, it is fine to receive visitors in the villa but parties with (noise) nuisance are not appreciated by the environment.

The Villa is located on the Spanish water and within 5-10 minutes you can reach Jan Thiel beach and Mambo Beach. You can reach the center of Willemstad, Punda, in 10 minutes by car. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, it is fine to receive visitors in the villa but parties with (noise) nuisance are not appreciated by the environment.
