Rental fee

The rental fee is EUR 295,= (low season) / EUR 345,= (high season) / EUR 545,= (Christmas season) per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

05-07-2025 through 31-08-2025: high season
20-12-2025 through 31-12-2025: high season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 150,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 300,=.

Security deposit

The security deposit is EUR 400,=. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Sonrisa

In the very popular area of ​​Dutch guests Vista Royal (part of Jan Thiel) you will find the very beautiful and luxuriously furnished Villa Sonrisa. This villa, suitable for 8 people, belongs to the absolute top among the Curaçao vacation villas.

The villa has a spacious living room with a high ceiling ('cathedral ceiling') so that heat is dissipated in the house. This also makes it extremely comfortable indoors. Of course the living room is also equipped with very comfortable furniture (including a leather couch, various cupboards and a cozy bar table) and the whole is attractively lit. The home is painted and decorated in calm, modern tones.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with all appliances, such as an excellent dishwasher, oven, microwave and a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. You can get chilled water (of excellent quality on Curaçao) right out of the refrigerator. Between the living room and kitchen there is a breakfast bar with a cozy seating area for those who enjoy looking more than doing it themselves.

The bedrooms are all on the ground floor, and all open onto the living room. There are 3 modern bathrooms with 'European sanitary ware' (incl. Glass shower cubicles) with all also a toilet.
All bedrooms have very modern air conditioners that combine low energy consumption with a quiet operation and a wonderfully cooled climate. The master bedroom has a television connection and BlueRay DVD player and all other bedrooms a 'normal' DVD player with an LED screen.

The villa has - almost all around - a number of very large and spacious porches and terraces, the majority of which (approx. 100 m ² ) are covered. These porches are so large that they always provide shade. There are various lounge sets with thick cushions and there are beautiful loungers (with cushions) for every guest in the beautifully landscaped garden. Of course there is a royal dining table.

The swimming pool isapprox. 8x4 meters, up to approx. 1.60 m deep. The temperature of the swimming water varies between 27 and 32 degrees Celsius, depending on the season. Of course the pool is maintained twice a week. You don't have to worry about that!
