Rates

Rental fee

Thee rental fee is EUR 175,= per night, regardless of the number of guests. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

Long term rental is also possible. If you would like additional information about this, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 75,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 150,=.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa La Palapa

The apartment is suitable for 2 people and is stylishly furnished. The living room flows into the kitchen, which is fully and well furnished. There is a kitchen bar with 2 beautiful bar stools. In the living room there is a dining table with four chairs. From the living room through a sliding door you have access to the large balcony with sea view. A cozy seat in the corner gives you a great view of the sea in the evening. The TV has reception from all European channels and you have access to the free WIFI throughout the apartment.

On the seaside you will find a balcony where you can relax in the shade, and enjoy a spectacular view. From here you have a view of the entire Caracas Bay, the port of the Spanish Water and the districts of Jan Thiel and Vista Royal. Even in the evening it is wonderful to relax on this balcony where there is also a lazy sitting area.

There is a double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and a bathroom with a toilet en-suite. From the bedroom you also have access to the balcony.

On the site is a large communal swimming pool with luxury pool beds. A different palapas provide enough shade. Do you prefer to swim in the sea? That is of course also possible. Through a door in the fence you will be there in no time. This beach is accessible to everyone.

If you like walking then this is the place to be. At the beginning of the evening hours, people often walk or run daily. Less than 1 kilometers there is a supermarket van den Tweel, various restaurants, even more beach and also a gym The Challange. Do you want it closer to home? On the other side of the complex are also several restaurants and a bar for the necessary socializing.
