Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is composed of a base rate per night for the first four persons and an additional fee per night for each extra person. The base rate is EUR 250,= (low season) / EUR 275,= (high season) / EUR 350,= (Christmas season). The additional fee is EUR 25,= (low season) / EUR 50,= (high season). Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 75,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 225,=.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Solo Sol

This beautiful modern villa is within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and shops on the outskirts of Jan Thiel, called Villa Solo Sol.

Villa Solo Sol has a relaxed atmosphere. The villa has large spacious rooms. Upon entering you walk into the room where the dining table is. If you walk through you will pass the large kitchen which is spacious and equipped with all kinds of conveniences and handy equipment. A nice luxury American fridge that provides you with chilled water and ice cubes. Or what do you think of the nice little bar where you can sit for breakfast in the morning or have a nightcap in the evening.

Continuing further you pass the living room. All rooms are also air-conditioned. In this room there is also a television and you can enjoy watching an evening watching television. But maybe you prefer to walk through the sliding doors to the pool. In the corner you can quietly walk into the swimming pool via the steps and enjoy a cooling dip. Or just sunbathe and read a book in one of the pool beds.

Also on the back porch there is a covered area with a dining table, outside kitchen and of course a BBQ. Enjoy eating outside with the whole family. Or go to one of the restaurants within walking distance at Jan Thiel Beach and Plaza. A supermarket is just around the corner, ideal if someone has forgotten to buy the peanut sauce for the BBQ.

All three bedrooms are located on the first floor and are spacious and air-conditioned. The masterbedroom has it's own bathroom end 2 bedrooms share one bathroom. The showers in the bathrooms are beautifully finished with a glass partition.

There is also an apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for 2 people.
