Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is composed of a base rate per night for the first four persons and an additional fee per night for each extra person. The base rate is EUR 230,= (low season) / EUR 275,= (high season) / EUR 425,= (Christmas season). The additional fee is EUR 20,= (low season) / EUR 25,= (high season). Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

26-04-2025 through 04-05-2025: high season
05-07-2025 through 31-08-2025: high season
11-10-2025 through 26-10-2025: high season
20-12-2025 through 31-12-2025: Christmas season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 100,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 300,=.

Security deposit

The security deposit is EUR 500,=. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.

Villa Salsa

Villa Salsa is a beautiful holiday villa in a unique location. You can enjoy your own private swimming pool and every evening a beautiful sunset and the lights of the island. The villa is on one level and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A lovely seating area has been created at the entrance of the villa. There is a stairway to the ground floor apartment and the outside kitchen with barbecue.

There is IPTV in the home with Dutch, German, Belgian and English channels. The living room is nicely furnished. You can walk straight onto the porch from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. A nice large American double door fridge. But if you don't feel like cooking, there are several restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

The downstairs apartment is spacious with its own bathroom and kitchen.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom. And with swinging doors you can walk straight from the bedroom to the swimming pool.

You don't want to leave this pool of course, but the beach is 5 minutes away by car. Nice to read a book on this canopy bed.

The porch set between the living room and the swimming pool gives you the space to chill out with a good book or a nice magazine. The supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, ideal for getting a quick grocerie.

There is a rental car at the house.
