Rates

Rental fee

The rental fee is composed of a base rate per night for the first four persons and an additional fee per night for each extra person. The base rate is EUR 250,= (low season) / EUR 300,= (high season) / EUR 350,= (Christmas season). The additional fee for all seasons is EUR 25,=. Additionally, 7% Turnover Tax will be added.

06-07-2024 through 01-09-2024: high season

All other periods are low season.

Payments are made by wire transfer.

Cleaning fee

If your stay exceeds 10 nights, the villa will be cleaned after each seventh night.  The fee for this service is EUR 100,=.   The final cleaning fee is EUR 250,=.

Security deposit

The amount of the security deposit depends on the number of guests. The security deposit will be returned to your account within 14 days of your return home, after deduction of any additional charges.
